The Project consisted of the privatization of family housing units for the Army at the Installations, which involves the design, engineering, finance, construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, demolition, renovation, renovation, replacement, rehabilitation and development of family housing units at the Project Sites. During the initial development period lasting approximately six years (the “IDP”), it is estimated that approximately 604 existing housing units will be demolished, 651 new or replacement housing units will be constructed (approximately 593 townhomes and 58 single-family homes), 424 housing units at Fort Eustis will be renovated, and 49 housing units at Fort Story will be renovated. The anticipated number of new and renovated housing units at the conclusion of the IDP is approximately 1,124.
