One of our RCI program wins, the U.S. Army’s Fort Lee, Virginia, installation is a combination project integrating new designs alongside renovations for a total of 1,818 units. Two community facilities (one each for enlisted ranks and officers) will be integrated into the neighborhoods. Pedestrian friendly streets and multiple community parks will be distributed throughout the community, and numerous landscape elements have been incorporated to complement the proposed neo-traditional architecture.
