Situated on a 1.9 acre site in the downtown center of New Rochelle, this 320,000 sq. ft. mixed-use pre-cast concrete structure is a central component in the City’s comprehensive plan for revitalization and redevelopment. The project features a 32-story high-rise approximately 149,600 square feet with a total of 181 residential units on 30 floors, street accessible retail located on the first 2 floors and an underground parking facility with 240 spaces for residential use. Parking for the retail space is provided by a pedestrian bridge that connects to an adjacent municipal parking garage. In addition, the building’s design incorporates facade treatments, landscaping, building placement and varied building heights to enhance and compliment the character of the commercial area.
