Both towers overlook a two-story amenity building with a conference center, dining facilities, club room and movie theater. A park with outdoor theater and cafes as well as a landscaped plaza with fountain, pool and jacuzzi connects the two towers. The site plan incorporates a thru street and pedestrian muse to promote an intimate urban experience, encourage pedestrian flow and social interaction.
