A recent addition to the military privatization family, EULs require a great deal of forethought and market analysis to produce a commercially beneficial design. Lessard’s success with EUL has stemmed from our ability to interpret market data and then create a financially feasible project that not only benefits the developer and installation, but also the surrounding community. For the Army’s Fort Detrick EUL, we incorporated a hotel, conference center and an administration building / lab outside the installation’s gates.
