Lessard Group provided architectural and land planning services for the
downtown redevelopment sector plan. The plan was executed in two
phases, both of which consisted of retail, livework/retail,
condominiums and town homes. The live-work homes offer street level
retail opportunities with living space above. The urban row homes
range from approximately 1,264 to 2,179 square feet on 3-levels, with
optional 4th level lofts available on most models.
