LeCount Square is a 1.15-million square foot urban mixed-use development in New Rochelle, NY, adjacent to the Trump Plaza tower. Located on a 3-acre site in the heart of the city, LeCount Square consists of two 500-foot tall towers – one 250-unit luxury condominium and one mixed-use with office, hotel and hotel-residential components – over a 200,000 sq. ft. retail podium and three levels of below-grade parking. The project features over one acre of programmed open space and a significant public art component.
