The Lessard Group provides architecture, planning and interior design services for new construction as well as redevelopment, adaptive re-use, renovation and expansion projects. Lessard’s clients have long since learned the value of the firm’s depth of services and broad-reaching expertise since Lessard’s founding 24 years ago. We have the ability to understand the economic constraints of a project and assist clients from the very early planning stages through to designing an eye-catching, finished interior, and everything in between. Since 1986, the firm has designed and seen built hundreds of the firm’s residential buildings ranging from single family homes to townhomes to high-rise apartments and luxury condominiums including several built towers for Donald Trump. The firm’s practice has greatly expanded and today Lessard’s experience spans several sectors and project types including mixed-use; hotels with ballrooms, meeting rooms and exhibition space; resorts, casinos and spas; office; retail/entertainment; automotive dealerships and facilities; military facilities; student housing; green design; urban and town planning; and interior design. It is this combination that has led to the firm’s “one-stop-shop” reputation and many long-standing, repeat clients. Lessard’s consistent delivery of high-quality professional services has led several of the firm’s clients to commission the firm over 100 times. For Mercedes-Benz, the firm has designed and/or reviewed more than 350 projects nationwide since 1990.

Based in the Washington, DC-metro region, Lessard Group has expanded its practice to provide services across the United States as well as the Middle East and India regional markets. Lessard has recently opened an office in New York, at 57th & 5th near the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan, to address growing demand for the firm’s services throughout the northeastern USA.

Lessard Group and the firm's leaders have experience working across America with projects in 33 states, including all regions: northeast, mid Atlantic, southeast, midwest, southwest and the northwest. The firm and its leaders have experience working in more than 20 countries with projects in the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Lessard’s work has won more than 450 awards.
